// For the first time since its creation in 2014ish, I have made an alteration to my logo, removing the red stripe on the V. It symbolizes the next evolution of me and my artistic journey. This is actually the original version on the logo. I feel like it’s me going back to the basics. I know my output hasn’t been great for a while and that makes me feel discouraged, but I have been going through some things as well as working a big project. Hopefully it will help with that, for now it has help me mentally and maybe even physically (lol).
I’m also adding an accent color, a shade of Rose Gold. Which I am choosing to call Roe’s Gold because I took a long time in choosing the exact shade and also for the pun. I chose the color based on its perceived feminine qualities as I want to represent myself that way more in the future and this is the first step.
Although they may seem like insignificant changes, I have put a lot of thought into it. I have previously toyed with the idea of changing my logo. From green to yellow, nothing has left the privacy of my computer until now. Ultimately, I decided to go back to the origins of my logo and with the addition of an accent color to freshen up my presentation, I feel good for the future of my art.
